Individual Therapy
You’re often the one offering reassurance and advice to others. You don’t have any space where you can actually unload unto someone else without feeling guilty. Individual therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, reflect on patterns, and slow down. I offer virtual sessions across California, and limited in-person outdoor therapy in Sonoma County.
I provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals in California through a secure online platform.
Typically, sessions are weekly 50 minute-long recurrent appointments.
Couples Therapy
It’s not that you don’t care about each other, it’s that things feel off. Maybe you’re having the same fight over and over, or just feel disconnected from the person you love. I work with couples navigating big transitions, cross-cultural relationships, and communication breakdowns. Let’s build a stronger, more honest connection—without losing yourself in the process.

A virtual support group that discusses the specific challenges of being an Asian American Pacific Islander Desi American caregiver. Support for caregivers of aging parents, spouses, children with medical conditions, and other loved ones.
Topics: personal experiences as caregivers, worries about loved one’s health/abilities, barriers to accessing services, planning for long-term caregiving, self-care and preventing burnout, generation role reversal, resistance to care and anticipatory grief.
Time: Monthly on Mondays at 12pm (ongoing)

Topics:
Personal experiences, Navigating racism, How family dynamics shape identity, Building community and sense of belonging, Cultural grief and healing across generations, Reconnecting to heritage and cultivating self-acceptance, etc.
Time: Bi-weekly (8 weeks)

A virtual support group that discusses the specific challenges of being a medical professional. Support for doctors, nurses, medical assistants, medical social workers, paramedics and other healthcare professionals.
Topics:
Personal experiences as medical professionals, understanding secondary trauma, barriers to providing values-aligned care, self-care and preventing professional burnout, working within complex systems, exposure to potential workplace violence, and tools for emotional regulation.

Private Pay
My standard session rate is $190 for individuals and $225 for couples (50 minutes). I accept major credit cards, FSA, and HSA cards through a secure online platform.
Paying the full fee helps sustain my practice and supports the overall accessibility of my work, including making it possible for me to offer sliding-scale options to those with limited financial means. Thank you for contributing to a well-resourced and grounded therapeutic space.
Sliding Scale
If we feel like a strong therapeutic fit but the full fee isn’t accessible for you. I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale slots at any one time. These spaces are reserved for clients with financial need and are based on a tiered, trust-based system. These spots are currently full. If you'd like to be added to the waitlist, please let me know.

Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement
I am an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of session costs. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company.
