Frequently Asked Questions
Why the name tiny cottage therapy?
When we're in therapy together I want you to feel like you’ve been invited to rest for a while in a tiny cozy cottage.
Up until now, it feels like you’ve been on a long strenuous uphill hike. It’s been rough, you’ve gotten lost before, you’re exhausted. But you just came across the perfect place to set your heavy bag down, kick your feet up, and curl up on a couch with a hot beverage & a fuzzy blanket.
You’re ready to settle in to a deep and meaningful conversation with someone who’s ready to listen.
You are so welcome here and I am happy to have you at my tiny cottage.

However, some people have more out-of-network benefits than they realize when it comes to mental health!
