Group Therapy & Specialized Support

Group therapy and specialized support spaces offer a specific kind of healing that is rooted in shared experience and mutual support. Small groups provide a reflective and relational setting where people with similar themes (i.e. caregiver stress, burnout, or cultural identity navigation) can connect, learn together, and feel less isolated in what they’re facing.

While offerings may rotate depending on availability, these spaces are designed with intentional focus: from caregiver support offerings to culturally aligned group conversations for AAPI or multicultural adults. Groups can be time-limited or structured around a theme, and always facilitated with warmth, attunement, and grounded relational care.

Even if you’re also involved in individual therapy, a group setting can complement your work with connection, accountability, and the comfort of shared understanding.

Payment Options

Private Pay

My standard session rate is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples (50 minutes). I accept major credit cards, FSA, and HSA cards through a secure online platform.

Paying the full fee helps sustain my practice and supports the overall accessibility of my work, including making it possible for me to offer sliding-scale options to those with limited financial means. Thank you for contributing to a well-resourced and grounded therapeutic space.

Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of session costs. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company.

Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to check your benefits directly. (You can find a few tips for speaking with your provider here.)

Sliding Scale

If we feel like a strong therapeutic fit but the full fee isn’t accessible for you. I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale slots at any one time. These spaces are reserved for clients with financial need and are based on a tiered, trust-based system. These spots are currently full.
