I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit for working together. This brief call gives you a chance to ask questions and get a feel for my therapy approach without any obligation.

How to Get Started

  • 1. Book a Free Consultation Call.

    Already feel like we might be a good fit? 
    I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute telephone consultation. This call is a chance to share with me what you are looking for, ask questions, discuss your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.

  • 2. Schedule an Initial Session.

    During or following our consultation call, if we both feel like it’s a good fit, we can schedule your first session. This session will be 50 minutes and a time for us to align on your short-term and long-term goals for therapy.

  • 3. Move Forward Together.

    After our first session, we will solidify our cadence for appointments, as well as any recurring times. We will continue to meet together as we work on your goals together.
